DESCRIPTION

• Our sample based on our best-selling panelled Marla Shirt in our Ticking Stripe. 

• The vertical cut seams are expertly joined by embroiderers from San Andrés Larrainzar in wine-coloured yarn, as well as the ‘zig-zag’ embroidery on the cuff edges. 

• A-Line cut with a slight drop-shoulder, voluminous sleeves, a round-collar and hidden hip pockets. 

• Wear with jeans, pants, shorts or a skirt.  Dress up or down.

MATERIALS & COMPOSITION:

• Mérida Stripe:  50% Mexican Organic Cotton (supplied by Julio Dominguez) and 50% Cotton (Oeko Tex certified, supplied by Omega) /  Ticking Stripe:  90% Mexican Organic Cotton (supplied by Julio Dominguez) and 10% Cotton (Oeko Tex certified, supplied by Omega)

• Pedal Loom.   Pascuala, Ángelina, Juanita (apprentice weavers) and Don Marco Chiguil (Master Weaver) of Kinal Antsetik A.C.

• Cut, sew and embroidery by Colectivo de Innovación, San Cristóbal de las Casas.

SIZE: XS/S Petite (165cm height max)

CONDITION GRADE:  A/B

CONDITION DESCRIPTION:  This sample is beautifully made, only that the sleeves came out a bit short and would be suitable for a petite person of no more than 165cm, unless you wish to roll-up the sleeves.
